Beats me. All the source said was something about funerary bracelets of Shoshenq II. Although come to think of it they do look made for Kenari, don’t they.

Mark Krawec Indeed! I’ve got a lapis lazuli box that’s very similar in appearance to the stone in those bracelets, so that’s what my guess would be for them.
